Return and Refund Policy
- The item is eligible for a free replacement, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different/wrong item delivered to you. To report any issue, you can email us at support@deckup.com.
- If you report an issue, we will request additional information along with images. We may also schedule a technician visit to your location. On the basis of the technician's evaluation report, we will provide a resolution.
- We will resolve the issue by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product or provide a partial refund, basis customer choice. A full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
- If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a free return pickup of the unit and process a full refund for the order, once the item is returned to our warehouse.
- Please keep the item in its original condition, with the user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Products are not eligible for return or replacements in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered or no longer needed.
- Returns or replacements will be processed only if:
- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in customer possession;
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein).
CANCELLATIONS:
- You can cancel your order online only before the item has been shipped. To cancel, simply sign in to your account and navigate to the My Account – My Orders page to initiate a cancellation. The full amount will be refunded via the payment method used.
- Once the item is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If the item is refused at the time of delivery, there will be a deduction of forward and return freight charges before initiating the refund for the order once we receive the item at our warehouse.
The company decision regarding damaged/defective product and/or issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
